Inspired by cottage garden favourites.
Handmade paper has been painted and then embroidered with Japanese silk thread in white.
This unique piece of paper art measures: 12cm x 10cm Mounted within a painted frame, where the frame is as much the art as the central painting.
in total, including the hand painted frame: 30cm x 22.5cm x 2cm
Due to the handmade nature of the paper and application, no two will ever be alike.
I have painted the frame around all sides using Farrow and Balls, Green Smoke. The florals are painted using Earthborn & The Hackney Draper paints. The main body of the frame is Farrow & Ball's Green Smoke - like all F&B colours, this green will change tone different times of the day - like magic!
Paper composition: cotton, lokta and flax.
Shipping: UK tracked & insured shipping is included, there is a subsidised charge for international standard and tracked - I am absorbing some of this cost myself.
